Local Activity Report: Scene to Scheme
Event Details:
On November 10, 2024, the local activity of the Scene to Scheme project was successfully conducted, where the experiences and learnings of our four participating youth workers (YWs) were shared with a diverse audience of 60 participants, including young people and youth workers. The event aimed to disseminate the knowledge and skills acquired during Poland's Professional Development Activity (PDA).
Objective of the Local Activity:
The activity sought to transfer insights from the international experience to the local community, focusing on social entrepreneurship and the innovative use of improvisational education. This aligns with the project's broader goal of fostering entrepreneurial mindsets and social skills among young people.

Techniques such as "Yes, and…" and Image Theatre simulate real-world entrepreneurial challenges.

For me, the project "SCENE TO SCHEME" was a great experience.
This program helped me to develop new ideas and taught me valuable skills in both areas: personal and professional growth. Meeting people from different countries was a great opportunity to learn the non-formal education, with fun and detached. We covered a variety of topics like mindsets, leadership, entrepreneurship, confronting fears, building trust, active listening, and encouraging creativity.
The Project was a great success and I am glad that I made part of it. Thank you all!

Participating in the" Scene to Scheme" Erasmus project on social entrepreneurship has been a valuable experience and I am grateful for the opportunity that I had.
The workshops on business planning and innovation were particularly impactful. Working in teams with participants from diverse backgrounds helped broaden my perspective, and I was able to understand different approaches to problem-solving.
Additionally, the practical assignments, such as creating our own business ideas and presenting them, were helpful in building confidence and understanding the entrepreneurial process more deeply.

The Erasmus+ training course in Poland was a fantastic experience where I had the opportunity to learn more about entrepreneurship and improvisation. As a student already studying entrepreneurship at university, the course allowed me to connect what I'm learning in class with real-life applications, especially in terms of creative problem-solving and business strategies. I also had the chance to see alpacas, which was a fun and memorable addition to the experience. It was an enriching environment that enhanced both my professional and personal growth.

In September, I had the privilege of attending an Erasmus+ training course in Poland, where I explored the intersection of entrepreneurship and improvisation. The course was a perfect blend of theory and hands-on practice, helping me gain new insights into creative business development and adaptive problem-solving. I learned how to approach challenges in innovative ways, a vital skill for any entrepreneur. One of the highlights of the trip was visiting an alpaca farm, which added a lighthearted and memorable touch to the experience. This training has deepened my understanding of entrepreneurship and has inspired me to think outside the box. Thanks to Open Soul organization and Hessa for making this amazing experience possible!
