Follow-up Activity Report for the Scene to Scheme Project

As part of the Scene to Scheme project, we conducted a follow-up activity to share our experiences and the project's outcomes with a group of youth workers. The session focused on discussing the project's objectives, methodologies, and impact, aiming to inspire and inform the participants about the potential of creative approaches in youth work.

We provided an overview of the project, explaining how it used tools like storytelling, theatre, and digital and entrepreneur tools. Through a detailed presentation, we showcased the project's key achievements, including testimonials and participant feedback, highlighting the transformative effect it had on their personal and social development.

The youth workers were highly engaged throughout the discussion. The session emphasised the importance of creativity in fostering youth engagement and creating opportunities for personal growth.

This follow-up activity successfully disseminated the outcomes of Scene to Scheme, providing valuable insights and encouraging the adoption of innovative practices in youth work.

Participants' Impressions from the Project:

Julita: "Scene to Scheme" was the first Erasmus project I participated in and I'm incredibly glad to have had such an opportunity. It allowed me to test myself in various social situations, improve my communication skills, and work on self-confidence by actively participating in many group activities, exchanging thoughts and ideas and public speaking. The entrepreneurial workshops taught me how to present and analyze concepts to improve them and solve underlying issues by using creative methods such as improvisation. I met amazing people and learned new things about other cultures and countries. I'm already looking forward to another project to practice new skills and build other ones on top of that.

Marta S: "Scene to Scheme" was my first Erasmus project. I had many concerns, but I had a positive attitude from the beginning and I was not disappointed. During the project, I could meet many people, which allowed me to learn about different cultures from many countries. The place and atmosphere were very friendly and the time spent there passed too quickly. What I liked most was the different interactions in which we could talk and cooperate. The impressions and memories will certainly remain in my memory for a long time.
