Moldovan Team

Final Report Moldovan Team:

We conducted two follow-up activities as part of the "Scene to Scheme" project, led by Valeria and Maria in the first session, followed by Veronica in the second. Below, we summarize both events, detailing their purpose, execution, and outcomes.

On September 20, at 3:30 PM, the first dissemination activity took place at the Râșcani Youth Center. This event attracted five participants, primarily 18-year-old volunteers from the center. The agenda focused on introducing the Erasmus+ program, particularly short-term mobility, youth exchanges, and training courses. We provided insights into the SENSE organization and shared our experiences from the project held in Poland, highlighting the activities undertaken and our interactions with other participants and organizers.

To enhance engagement, we screened a brief video showcasing key aspects of the project's development activities. Following this, we organized an interactive exercise that mirrored the project's methodology, where participants were tasked with presenting a given scenario using static theater. The audience attempted to guess the scenario while the actors improvised based on their suggestions. This activity not only fostered creativity but also sparked a discussion on the significance of improvisation as a vital skill for aspiring entrepreneurs. Participants shared their emotions and thoughts on the importance of adaptability in business contexts. The event concluded with a Q&A session, providing an opportunity for attendees to seek further information and clarify any curiosities. This session lasted for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

The second follow-up activity, titled "Scene to Scheme," was organized by SENSE NGO on September 28, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lingua Franca headquarters. This workshop targeted teens aged 16 and older and aimed to integrate theatrical methods into entrepreneurial training. The session provided an innovative platform for participants to explore how drama can enhance entrepreneurial skills and foster personal development.

The program included an introduction to SENSE NGO, where participants learned about the organization's mission and its involvement in cultural and educational initiatives. We presented detailed insights into the "Scene to Scheme" project, discussing its objectives and how it promotes entrepreneurship through theatre. Experiences and creative activities from the previous edition in Poland were shared, highlighting the project's successes.

An interactive workshop segment allowed participants to engage in a simulated theatrical activity, illustrating the educational value of theatre in business training. The event also featured a Q&A session, encouraging participants to discuss the project and inquire about further involvement opportunities. The feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive, indicating active participation and a strong interest in the potential of theatre as a tool for business education.

In conclusion, both dissemination activities successfully showcased the interplay between theatre and entrepreneurship, offering dynamic and interactive learning experiences. These events underscored the value of creative educational approaches within the Erasmus+ framework and paved the way for future innovative projects by SENSE NGO.

Participants' Impressions from the Project:

Veronica Scaletchi:

"SCENE TO SCHEME": A Transformative Experience
I recently participated in "SCENE TO SCHEME," a training program in Poland aimed at developing the skills of young leaders in social entrepreneurship. This program, co-funded by the European Union through Erasmus+, involved 32 youth workers from Europe, including representatives from the Republic of Moldova through A.O. Sense, creating a dynamic environment for the exchange of knowledge and innovative practices.

Educational Outcomes and Their Practical Application:
The program stood out for its interactive approach, combining improvisation techniques with structured workshops. This format facilitated active and applied learning, allowing us to directly experiment with implementing concepts in real scenarios. We participated in brainstorming sessions, role-playing games, and simulations that enhanced our analytical and problem-solving skills.

The Impact of Diversity and Inclusion:
Interacting with a diverse group of participants amplified the value of the experience, promoting a better understanding of various cultural and professional perspectives. This reinforced the message that non-formal education can support a more inclusive and connected society, a principle that I will incorporate into my professional practice.

Implementation in Future Activities:

  • Design Thinking: This workshop equipped me with methods for creatively and efficiently addressing challenges. I intend to use these techniques to structure brainstorming sessions and to facilitate the generation of innovative solutions in my projects.

  • Entrepreneur Framework: I gained a solid understanding of the frameworks needed to initiate and manage social entrepreneurship projects. This knowledge will underpin the structure of my future presentations and support the development of sustainable strategies for my entrepreneurial initiatives.

Conclusions and Expectations:
Participating in "SCENE TO SCHEME" was not just an opportunity for professional development but also a transformative experience that shaped my vision of education and leadership. The shared experiences, acquired knowledge, and new connections formed provide a solid foundation for my professional path. I am motivated to apply these learnings in all my future activities and to actively contribute to the development of the social entrepreneurship community.

Valeria Stepanova: SCENE TO SCHEME was my inaugural project, so I approached it with a fresh perspective and no previous experiences to compare it to. Perhaps this is why it has left such a deep and enduring impression on me, becoming a truly unique and unforgettable journey.

The opportunity to collaborate with and learn from individuals hailing from diverse countries has been nothing short of extraordinary. This experience has enriched my life in countless ways, offering insights and growth I hadn't anticipated.

While I've always had experience working in teams, this project introduced me to the nuances of collaborating with people from different linguistic and cultural backgrounds. This diversity has proven to be a tremendous advantage, bringing fresh perspectives and fostering mutual enrichment in the most positive way.

What captivated me most about SCENE TO SCHEME was its innovative use of theater techniques and improvisation—areas in which I already felt quite comfortable. Yet, the project pushed these familiar boundaries and revealed new dimensions of creativity and expression.

Unexpectedly, the project also became a profound learning experience in entrepreneurship. I acquired a wealth of new skills and resolved uncertainties I didn't even realize I had. SCENE TO SCHEME has been a profoundly satisfying venture, one that has significantly enhanced my social and entrepreneurial skills. More importantly, it has sharpened my critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Through it all, I've had the immense pleasure of enjoying every moment, all while sharing time with some truly exceptional individuals. The experience has been as delightful as it has been transformative, leaving me with lasting memories and invaluable lessons.

Maria Glava: I participated in this Erasmus project and appreciated the opportunity to interact with people from different countries and age groups. It was enriching to learn from others' experiences and to gather best practices from various participants. Additionally, I gained valuable insights into the diverse cultures of the other attendees. I enjoyed the team-building activities, though I felt there could have been more of them. I learned a lot and found the approach to entrepreneurship using improvisation techniques to be particularly innovative. The accommodation was pleasant, and I appreciated the tranquility of the location, but I did feel the distance from civilization posed some challenges, especially when needing to access a store. From an educational standpoint, I learned many new things, but I would have liked to see a greater emphasis on social entrepreneurship and more activities focused on that area.

Cornelia Ursu: This Erasmus project was certainly not what I expected, but in the best way possible. Never did I imagine that a blend of entrepreneurship, theatre, eight countries, forests, alpacas, and a paper museum could come together so harmoniously. Surrounded by nature's isolation, yet so connected to the world through people from across Europe. As my first project, I wasn't entirely sure what to anticipate, and while it felt strange in some ways, it was a marvel in so many others.

The structure of the project was particularly impressive. It was thoughtfully designed to keep me engaged, energized, and motivated throughout. The activities were diverse enough to ensure I was never bored. Our trip to Duszniki-Zdrój came at the perfect moment—a brief escape from the routine that recharged me with the energy I needed to continue. The cultural nights were a highlight, masterfully combining entertainment, creative expression, and learning. I gained a deeper understanding of other cultures by having fun, enjoying sweets, and tasting drinks.

While I wish we had been closer to a larger city for more individual exploration and easier access to necessary services, the project as a whole was truly unforgettable. It left a lasting impact on me, changing me for the better.
