Georgian Team
This follow-up of the project was organized by accompanying local teens to share our knowledge. We met young people in different locations. Invited everyone interested in gaining new knowledge. We highlighted the key facts of the Erasmus+ program and all the organizations that contributed to the project.
The follow-up was organized to educate students on various aspects of social entrepreneurship, including understanding the Erasmus Plus program, exploring the concept of social entrepreneurship, and learning how to implement social enterprises. We highlighted Erasmus+ opportunities, its objectives, and the potential it offers for youth engagement and development. The concept of social entrepreneurship was explained, focusing on its definition, importance, and how it differs from traditional entrepreneurship. Discussions included successful case studies of social enterprises. Participants learned practical steps for establishing a social enterprise. This included identifying social issues, developing business models, and understanding the importance of sustainability and community engagement. The workshop included group discussions and interactive sessions where participants brainstormed ideas for potential social enterprises. This fostered creativity and collaboration among the students.
Students gained a comprehensive understanding of what social entrepreneurship is and its role in addressing societal challenges. Increased awareness of the Erasmus Plus program and its relevance for youth involvement in social initiatives. Participants acquired knowledge on how to implement their social enterprise ideas, including practical tools and resources. The workshop encouraged a proactive attitude among students, motivating them to consider their own roles as potential social entrepreneurs in their communities. This activity was successful in achieving its objective of educating young people about social entrepreneurship. The engagement level among participants was high, and the feedback received indicated a strong interest in pursuing further initiatives related to social enterprise. Future workshops could build on this foundation, offering deeper dives into specific topics and additional resources for aspiring social entrepreneurs.
As for the project, we emphasized that "Scene to Scheme" was a dynamic initiative aimed at empowering young people through social entrepreneurship. The project seeks to transform creative and cultural ideas into viable business solutions that contribute to societal well-being. In a world facing social, environmental, and economic challenges, young people are being encouraged to channel their passion for arts, culture, and community into meaningful ventures. This program fosters entrepreneurship while ensuring that the social impact remains at the core of every initiative.
That's why the Georgian team spread the gained information to young people at schools and in society.
We all agreed that social entrepreneurship is a growing movement where business principles are applied to solve social problems. Unlike traditional enterprises focused solely on profit, social entrepreneurship ensures that the primary goal is to bring about positive change. "Scene to Scheme" introduces young people to this innovative approach, motivating them to develop projects that create both economic value and social impact.
We explain the meaning of the project to the students. Because the project offers young people practical skills to develop sustainable business ideas inspired by their cultural experiences and local realities. Through workshops and training, participants learn to design entrepreneurial schemes aligned with core social goals, whether addressing environmental concerns, promoting mental health, or advancing inclusion through the arts.
The students understood the value of the European Union which actively promotes social entrepreneurship as part of its efforts to create sustainable and inclusive growth. "Scene to Scheme" aligns with several EU policies, such as fostering youth employment, supporting cultural initiatives, and advancing sustainable development goals. Participants of "Scene to Scheme" can benefit from networking opportunities with like-minded young entrepreneurs from other European countries, fostering innovation and cultural exchange.
Additionally, the project helps foster a sense of belonging and identity among participants, encouraging them to see culture not just as a heritage but also as a driver of innovation. This approach highlights how arts, festivals, and community activities can become powerful tools for social change.
Young people involved in "Scene to Scheme" are not just future business leaders—they are agents of change, bridging the gap between culture and commerce while addressing pressing social challenges.

Participants' Impressions from the Project:
Roza: During my participation in the Erasmus+ project, I had the chance to immerse myself in a dynamic learning environment focused on social entrepreneurship. The project combined elements from both PDA training and the "Scene to Scheme" initiative, allowing us to explore how innovative business models can address social challenges. One of the highlights was working in diverse teams to develop ideas using design thinking principles, which helped me refine my problem-solving approach.
Representing my country during the cultural night was another unforgettable experience, as it provided a platform to share my heritage while learning from others.
Throughout the project, the interactive activities and guidance from experienced trainers broadened my understanding of how entrepreneurship can be a powerful tool for social change.
This experience empowered me to apply these insights back home, where I hope to inspire and lead positive initiatives in my community.
Leyli: During my one-week Erasmus+ PDA training on social entrepreneurship, I gained valuable insights into creating and managing impactful, socially driven ventures. I explored new concepts in social entrepreneurship, broadening my understanding of how businesses can address societal challenges while remaining sustainable. The program also offered a great opportunity to enhance skills I already possessed, particularly in design thinking—a creative, problem-solving approach I found especially useful. Engaging in various fun yet essential activities, I was able to apply these principles hands-on, deepening my learning and developing a more innovative mindset for future projects. I also had the chance to meet many interesting peers from diverse backgrounds, exchanging knowledge and culture with one another. This enriching experience not only expanded my perspective but also emphasized the importance of learning and sharing these insights with my local community to inspire positive change.
Alika: Participating in the project named "Scene to Scheme" was a wonderful experience. I had the opportunity to collaborate with an incredible team, where teamwork played a vital role in our success. Working together to develop and present our ideas was both inspiring and rewarding. One of the highlights for me was representing my country during the cultural night, which allowed me to bring a unique perspective of my country.
The project ran smoothly from start to finish, with excellent coordination and clear objectives. I appreciated the opportunity to learn from the trainers and my peers, gaining valuable insights into social entrepreneurship. Implemented activities were good opportunities to showcase our ideas and receive constructive knowledge.
Overall, everything went well, and I feel more empowered and informed about how to create positive social change through entrepreneurship.
Salome: I am interested in social entrepreneurship and that is why I took part in this project. I am a teacher and I always want my students to become young entrepreneurs, so I had a lot of information and knowledge about this topic. Despite this I wanted to participate in this project to acquire new skills. For me, It really happened. I am amazed and impressed by the professionalism of the project facilitators.
During this project, we did a lot of interesting activities that I will definitely use with my students. At the same time, I gained deep knowledge, developed important skills in myself and became more confident.
I think that it was a very well organized project. Every day during the reflections, the participants had the opportunity to express our thoughts about the day that had passed, and this further increased the quality of the next day's training.
Cultural evenings were extraordinary. I really enjoyed every cultural evening. At the same time, it is very nice to introduce your country's culture, traditions and so on.
In my opinion, another positive side of the project is that they were very well chosen to participate. I found common interests, professions and so on with many participants.
Personally, I liked the last activity of the project the most, when we presented our business ideas.
Finally I want to say that this project really gave me knowledge, new skills, development, values and I will use all this benefit in my daily life.
