Follow-up activity report:

This follow-up activity was organized with local youth to share our experiences and inspire them to explore similar opportunities. The event took place in Tsakhadzor. and attracted a group of 30 enthusiastic participants from our community, including students, young professionals, and those interested in entrepreneurship and design thinking.

The session began with an introduction to our experience in Poland. We highlighted the key aspects of the Erasmus+ program, emphasizing the opportunities it provides for personal and professional growth. The participants were particularly intrigued by the diverse mix of cultures and perspectives that we encountered during our project. We shared how these exchanges fostered a sense of unity and mutual learning, and how working with young people from different countries broadened our understanding of collaboration and problem-solving on a global scale.

We then transitioned into a series of interactive activities designed to engage the participants and give them a hands-on feel of the methodologies we had learned. One of the main topics we explored was the design thinking methodology. This structured approach to innovation encourages creative problem-solving and user-centered solutions, which resonated with the group. We began with an overview of the key stages of design thinking—empathizing with the user, defining the problem, ideating, prototyping, and testing.

In addition to design thinking, we also introduced the concept of entrepreneurship and how it can be a vehicle for change, especially for young people. We discussed the importance of entrepreneurial skills such as creativity, resilience, and adaptability. Drawing from examples of projects and businesses we learned about in Poland, we demonstrated how young people can take the lead in addressing social and economic challenges through entrepreneurship.

We wrapped up the session by providing detailed information about Erasmus+ and its opportunities for young people. We explained the application process and the types of projects available, encouraging the participants to consider applying for future Erasmus+ programs. Many were surprised by the breadth of opportunities offered, from youth exchanges to training courses and strategic partnerships.

By the end of the session, the excitement in the room was palpable. The participants expressed a strong interest in taking the next step, with many stating that they would apply for future Erasmus+ projects. We concluded the event with a group discussion where everyone shared their thoughts and takeaways, solidifying the impact of the day's activities.

Overall, the follow-up activity was a resounding success. It not only provided a platform to share our experiences in Poland but also motivated local youth to pursue similar opportunities through Erasmus+. The combination of interactive workshops, inspiring discussions, and practical insights into design thinking and entrepreneurship left everyone energized and eager to continue their learning journeys. We look forward to seeing many of these young people take part in future Erasmus+ projects and further expand their horizons.
